What does "per host" mean?
A host is a member of your company who can start and run meetings. Guests who join your meetings are free and don't count.
What are the Free plan limits?
Up to 3 members and 25 people per meeting, meetings of up to 45 minutes, and each month 3 cloud-recorded meetings and 3 AI summaries. Local recording to your own device is always available. Plugins and integrations are included for your first 30 days.
How do pooled AI minutes work?
Each host adds their monthly AI minutes to one shared pool for the company — 500 per host on Starter, 2,000 on Growth. An AI summary uses the length of the recorded meeting. Unused minutes don't roll over; the pool resets on the 1st of each month.
Can I switch plans?
Yes. Contact us and we move your company to the new plan; your meetings, recordings and summaries stay where they are.
What does self-hosting include?
A licensed copy of the full Olivasal stack — meeting server, API, web app and AI services — installed on your own infrastructure. We help you get it running.
