A 60-second tour of Olivasal — what it is and how to launch your first meeting.

Olivasal is a self-hosted, AI-powered video meeting platform with built-in recording, AI summaries, encryption, and white-labeling. Use our hosted cloud, or run the entire stack on your own infrastructure when compliance demands it.

Launch your first meeting

  1. Sign in at olivasal.com/app (or your own deployment).
  2. Click New meeting on the rooms dashboard.
  3. Share the join link with participants — or use your team’s recurring numeric short code.

Your tile appears with mic + camera enabled by default. Hosts control behavior (lobby, recording, transcription, encryption) per-meeting from the Schedule page.

  • Real-time video for any meeting size, with lobby admit, host transfer, co-host roles, and end-for-all
  • Screen sharing, in-call chat (direct messages + file attachments), live captions, and a collaborative whiteboard
  • End-to-end encryption (E2EE) per meeting — keys never leave participant devices

  • AI recaps: speaker-attributed transcript + summary rendered as a flowchart, searchable later
