Administration

Olivasal is multi-tenant from day one. One platform hosts many companies; each owns its data, branding, and members, while operators keep the controls.

Companies & moderation

Every registering organization is a company (tenant). Companies have a lifecycle — pending → active → disabled — moderated by a super-admin. Disabling a company suspends access without deleting data.

Roles

• Member / Admin / Owner — scoped within a company.
• Super-admin — moderates companies across the platform.
• Platform owner — auto-granted to addresses listed in PLATFORM_OWNER_EMAILS (CSV); promoted on register, OAuth login, and boot. Megam operates the platform; registering companies are tenants beneath it.

Per-company configuration

• Branding — logo, colors, gradient (see Branding).
• SMTP — each company sets its own mail server for invitations under Settings → Company; users can further override with OAuth send-as (see Integrations).
• Plugins — enablement and version pinning per company (see Plugins).

Audit & compliance

Comprehensive audit and activity logging captures moderation actions and system events, host/invitee scoped and cross-company gated. Combined with E2EE and retention, this gives regulated tenants a defensible trail.
