Single sign-on

Sign in with Google or Microsoft. New users are provisioned on first login; existing users are matched by email.

Google Calendar

Connect Google Calendar for two-way sync of scheduled meetings, including recurrence. The connection is per-user; the host’s calendar receives the event.

Email send-as

Send invitation emails from your real mailbox instead of a generic address. Connect a provider per user under Settings → Profile:

  • Gmail (Google OAuth)
  • Microsoft 365 (Microsoft OAuth)
  • Zoho (Zoho OAuth — datacenter-aware for non-.com accounts)

Email resolves through a fallback chain: per-user connection → per-company SMTP → the platform default.

GitLab

Turn meeting decisions into tracked work: push action items to GitLab issues from a meeting’s recap. Connect your GitLab instance and project, and Olivasal creates issues with the item title and description.
